Lisa Conradi, Psy.D., is a licensed clinical psychologist, Research Assistant Professor at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, and founder of Lisa Conradi, LLC. She previously served as Executive Director of the Chadwick Center for Children and Families at Rady Children's Hospital–San Diego. With more than 20 years of experience in trauma-informed care, leadership, and systems change, her work focuses on human adaptation, organizational well-being, and creating conditions where individuals and organizations can thrive. She is also an author, speaker, trainer, and consultant. Dr. Conradi does not currently provide clinical or treatment services to clients.
