Explore the Work

A collection of ideas, reflections, and practical frameworks exploring human adaptation, leadership, belonging, trust, safety, and the conditions that help people and organizations thrive.

Human Adaptation

Human beings are remarkably adaptive.

Throughout our lives, we develop strategies to navigate stress, uncertainty, loss, change, and adversity. These adaptations often help us survive.

Over time, however, they can also shape how we:

  • lead
  • communicate
  • make decisions
  • navigate conflict
  • build relationships

This idea sits at the center of much of my current writing, speaking, and consulting work.
