Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 17, 2025

Welcome to Lisa Conradi, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By purchasing or accessing any website, product, program, membership, or service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Program Access & Use

  • Content (workshops, memberships, courses, replays, manuals, toolkits, templates, coaching, and digital downloads) is for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • You may not copy, share, resell, or create derivative works without written permission.

  1. Intellectual Property & License

  • All materials (including recordings, workbooks, visuals, frameworks, graphics, and text) are the intellectual property of Lisa Conradi, LLC.

  • Upon purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own learning. No redistribution or resale.

  1. Payments & Billing

  • Payment must be completed before access is granted. For payment plans, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.

  • You authorize us (and our processor) to charge your payment method for the amounts shown at checkout, including applicable taxes.

  1. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal (Membership)

  • If you purchase a membership, it is a recurring subscription that renews automatically at $15/month or $150/year (depending on your selection) until canceled.

  • We will email an order acknowledgment including your plan, price, renewal cadence, and how to cancel.

  • Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will apply on your next renewal unless you cancel before renewal.

  • If you enroll with a free trial (if offered): your subscription will convert to the paid plan and your card will be charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before the trial ends.

  1. Cancellation (How to Cancel)

  • You may cancel any time before your renewal date via your account/billing portal (or via the cancellation link provided in order and renewal emails).

  • Cancellation stops future charges; it does not retroactively refund past charges. Access continues through the end of the current paid period.

  1. Refund & Transfer Policy

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law.

  • For live, multi-session programs, transfers to a future cohort may be requested at least 72 hours before the first session and are subject to availability.

  1. Digital Products, Replays & Access

  • You retain personal access to any one-time purchase downloads you have already received.

  • Membership content (community, live calls, practice library, member replays, and any member-only discounts) is accessible only while your membership is active.

  1. Live Sessions, Recordings & Consent

  • Live sessions may be recorded and shared with members. By attending, you consent to audio/video recording and distribution to participants. You may keep your camera/mic off and avoid chat to opt out of being captured.

  1. Disclaimer (No Professional Advice)

  • Our programs and materials are for educational purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Participation does not establish a therapist-client relationship. Consult your own professional advisors as needed.

  1. Community Conduct & Moderation

  • Be respectful. No harassment, discrimination, or solicitation.

  • We may remove posts or revoke access for violations of these Terms or community guidelines. In cases of breach, fees are not refunded.

  1. Privacy

  • We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (see website footer). By using our services, you consent to those practices.

  1. Renewal Reminders & Notices (Annual Plans)

  • For annual memberships, we will send a renewal reminder email before your renewal date with the amount and how to cancel.

  1. Affirmative Consent

  • By checking “I agree” at checkout, you affirm that you have read and agree to these Terms, authorize recurring charges (if purchasing a subscription), and acknowledge receipt of an order confirmation by email.

  1. Modifications to Terms

  • We may update these Terms periodically. The “Effective Date” will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  1. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
