From Trauma to Peace: A New Chapter
Hi Friend,
I want to share something personal with you—something that’s been quietly taking shape over the past year.
When I launched Trauma-Informed Innovations, I set out to help leaders navigate uncertainty with care, clarity, and trauma-informed principles. And I’ve been so grateful for the opportunity to work with incredible teams and individuals doing deeply meaningful work.
But over time, the conversations started to shift.
They moved beyond leadership strategy and staff morale. They became more human. More honest.
People were asking:
💬 “How do I keep going when I’m this exhausted?”
💬 “How can I protect my peace in a world that never slows down?”
💬 “What does it mean to lead, live, and love when everything feels so heavy?”
And the truth is—I was asking myself those same questions, too.
A New Chapter
This July, I turn 50. And that milestone brought with it a deep call to reflect and realign. I realized that while trauma-informed care is still foundational to my work, it no longer contains the fullness of what I want to offer.
So I’m shifting my business name from Trauma-Informed Innovations to Lisa Conradi, LLC—a name that allows for more depth, more integration, and more freedom.
Because this next chapter isn’t just about helping leaders.
It’s about helping humans—including myself—reclaim peace, purpose, and agency in a turbulent world.
Introducing: #MyPeacein50
Starting July 7, I’ll be launching a new project called #MyPeacein50.
Each week for 50 weeks, I’ll share one evidence-based peace practice—something small but powerful to help regulate your nervous system, reconnect to your values, and stay grounded amid the noise.
Some practices will be sensory (like grounding exercises or mindful breathwork). Others will be deeper (like honoring grief, exploring anger, or creating compassionate boundaries).
You’ll get:
- A weekly blog with reflections and research
- A short video or practice demo
- Prompts to help you engage in your own way
- A growing community of people walking the path alongside you
This isn’t about perfection. It’s about presence.
Whether you try one practice or follow all 50, I hope it helps you reconnect to yourself—gently, honestly, and with compassion.
What’s Next?
Here’s what you can expect in the coming weeks:
âś… A refreshed website and visual identity
âś… New offerings rooted in nervous system care and embodied healing
âś… Speaking and training engagements that go beyond leadership frameworks
âś… Downloadable tools and reflections for everyday peace practices
✅ And of course—your invitation to join #MyPeacein50
Thank you for being here. Whether you've been with me since the start or you're new to this work, I’m deeply grateful.
This space is for you—if you're tired, if you're searching, if you're ready to come home to yourself in small, meaningful ways.
More soon.
With warmth and care,
Lisa
